These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ventfreely mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Ventfreely, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

Ventfreely provides a digital space for personal reflection and emotional expression. The Service is intended to support well-being through conversation and journaling-like features.

2. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Ventfreely does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. Content generated within the Service is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Ventfreely, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Access

To use certain features, you may be required to authenticate using an email address or a supported third-party provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

We do not sell your personal content.

We aim to keep Ventfreely available and reliable; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventfreely and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
